Danielle Chapdelaine, PA

Danielle “Dani” Chapdelaine is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) specializing in internal medicine at Intermountain Health’s Holladay Clinic in Holladay, Utah. She supports patients in Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Murray, and surrounding communities with clinical interests in women’s health; contraceptive and reproductive care, peri- and postmenopausal management, and more. She especially enjoys performing annual exams and follow-up visits as they contribute to developing a long-term, trusted partnership with patients.

As a provider, Dani is passionate about equal access to healthcare for everyone, particularly those who are marginalized. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with open and honest communication. Dani believes that every patient deserves to feel heard and respected, regardless of their background or unique healthcare needs.

Outside the clinic, the Utah native enjoys getting outdoors through hiking, walking and camping, reading and listening to audiobooks, painting and photography, and trying new restaurants.
