Daniel Sharp, MD, is a board-certified healthcare professional specializing in Family Medicine. With expertise spanning across all age groups, from infants to older adults, he provides comprehensive and personalized care to his patients.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at McKay-Dee Porter Family Medicine Residency.
Medicine was always something he was interested in. He enjoys being able to get to know the whole family, and get to know and care for patients over time instead of just seeing them once for a specific reason. He enjoys helping patients in a wide age range as well as with diverse needs.
“I like to partner with patients to help them get the best care they can. That's shared decision making. From what treatments are available to what treatments they want to pursue, and what changes they are willing or want to make in their lives to get the best out of their health.”

He was so great! Not awkward at all, explained everything in a really great and digestible way, explained what to do in future situations, not just what I was dealing with right then. He was super personable and gave me his recommendations/explanations but made it clear I had options for how and what I wanted to do.

If I could say extremely good on those questions about Dr. Sharp, I would he was amazing and help me to really feel confident in the care I was receiving, and he cared a lot, especially if it was going to hurt. He would tell me and he walked me through it overall 100/10
