Doctor Tovey is not only a doctor but a friend that actually listens and cares about your health now and in the future.

Dr Tovey has always listened to me and asked my thoughts on my care before deciding on what plan to take. I appreciate the participation and explanation I get in caring for myself

Dr Tovey is very personable and friendly while being a professional person. He is very up to date on medicines and procedures. He always listens to concerns I have about my health and is more than willing to discuss them with me.I consider Dr Tovey to not only be our doctor but a friend.

Pronouns are not a reliable way to communicate essential medical information, so this was unnecessary and unprofessional (though unfortunately not out of the ordinary per my experience with various doctors). The visit was fine otherwise.
