Dana Grooms, SLP

Dana Grooms, SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at TOSH Neuro specializing in swallowing disorders. She supports patients and their families in the Murray and Salt Lake Valley and treats swallowing, voice, speech, language, and cognitive disorders.

Her passion for speech therapy began during high school when she experienced voice difficulties as a singer. After completing a course of treatment, Dana gained actionable strategies that allowed her to continue pursuing her love of singing in various choirs. This experience has shaped Dana's approach to speech therapy, inspiring her to create personalized care plans that help individuals return to enjoying their favorite meals and improving their daily lives. 

Outside of work, the Georgia native loves exploring Utah's mountains and deserts, traveling to new destinations, cooking, and reading. She cherishes spending time with family, friends, and her sweet dog, Edel.
