About The Provider
Cynthia “Cindy” grew up in Westminster, Colorado. After a year of studying vocal performance at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 1986. After one year as a staff nurse on an orthopedic unit, she redirected her nursing career toward caring for women and infants. She has worked in the Well-Baby nursery, Labor and Delivery, Home Health and Clinic nursing, as well as, medical research studies. She returned to the University of Colorado where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Midwifery.
After graduating with her RN, she worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife in a larger practice providing office OB/Gyn care and attending hospital births.
She is married and enjoys listening to and performing music, running (enjoys might be a stretch) and playing with her dogs (Amp and Clyde).
