Crystal D. Tucker, NP

Crystal Tucker, NP, is dedicated to providing patient-centered holistic care. She understands that each patient is a unique individual with distinct physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and she is committed to addressing these needs in her practice.

Crystal was born in California and lived in Wyoming and North Dakota before landing in Grand Junction, CO, at the age of 10. She acquired her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction and, in 2024, her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from American Sentinel School of Nursing at Post University. A lifelong learner, Crystal’s clinical interests include medical oncology and hematology.

Married for almost three decades, Crystal spends her free time with her husband, children, dogs, family and friends.
