Courtney Shill Russell, DO

Courtney Shill Russell, DO, is an OB-GYN at Intermountain Health's Saratoga Springs Clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She believes every woman deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered in her healthcare. Her goal is to provide compassionate care that supports patients through every stage of life.

She considers it a privilege and an honor to deliver babies and bring new life and joy into the world. Dr. Shill also enjoys performing robotic-assisted hysterectomies to help improve her patients' quality of life. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Shill treats pregnancy complications, fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic pain. Procedures she performs include cesarean section; hysterectomy (robot-assisted, laparoscopic, and open); operative vaginal delivery; diagnostic laparoscopy; and tubal ligation. She strives to provide patient-centered care by listening to her patients and developing treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

Originally from Cottonwood Heights, Utah, Dr. Shill loves all the recreation the state has to offer — hiking, boating, pickleball, biking, and skiing with her husband and baby.
