Courtney Phyfer, NP

A native of Las Vegas, Courtney is a dedicated and compassionate certified family nurse practitioner committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the community she proudly calls home. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University.

With diverse clinical experience in family practice and primary care, Courtney is passionate about improving patient outcomes through preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, women’s health, and geriatric care. She believes strongly in the power of patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and empowered in their healthcare journey.

Growing up in Las Vegas, Courtney has witnessed the region’s rapid growth and the increasing demand for compassionate, high-quality care. That experience has driven her commitment to remain in the valley and serve the health needs of her community—improving lives through accessible, personalized care.

When not working, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, putting together Lego sets, going to concerts, traveling and experiencing different cultures and loves all things Disney.
