Courtney J. Ivory, DPT

I am physical therapist practicing orthopedics and occupational health physical therapy. I specialize in orthopedics, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomics assessments.

I am physical therapist who has been practicing for over 8 years. Prior to pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, I had my sights set on being a teacher and a coach. As such, I strive to educate my patients on likely diagnosis, prognosis and how formal PT can benefit them. My favorite thing to teach them about is how home exercise and self-care management strategies can assist them in returning to their prior level of function and prevent injury in the future. When I'm not treating patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and our 3 children. I have recently picked up golf and have enjoyed playing with my wife and kids. I have been able to be the coach for my children's recreational volleyball, basketball, wrestling and Little League baseball teams and look forward to helping them develop a love for exercise and movement. We're transplants to Southern Utah (from Castle Country, Utah) but have made our home here for the past 9 years.
