I feel very comfortable and confident being in Dr. Lum’s care. He never makes the visit feel rushed and is very professional. He is very easy to reach and speak with if I ever have any questions.

He is pretty set in his ways and does not entertain other thought streams. It is either his way or he does not want you as his patient (my observation and opinion). He seems to think that it is his way or the highway.

We find it Dr Lum ♥️♥️♥️ is very compassionate and caring and he shows empathy and takes his time with you and make sure that you understand what’s happening and that you don’t leave there without knowing what’s going on.
