Connie Ela Lupe B. Bongar, NP

Connie Bongar is originally from the Philippines. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing in the Philippines, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing (Adult-Gerontology) from Kaplan University-Online USA. She also has Legal Nursing Certification training from Kaplan University-Online. She migrated with her family here in the USA in 2006, bringing with her 20 years of experience in the medical field. She initially worked in nursing homes including Colorado West (now Mind Springs).

As a nurse practitioner, Connie enjoys taking care of the adults but most of all the geriatric population. When she is not at work, Connie enjoys taking care of her grandkids, cooking, and spending quiet time reading and praying.
