I like Dr Hickman, and I think he tries to help but there is no followthrough.

He his very caring. He has made it possible to enjoy my life again.

Dr Hickman has what we older folks call “a good bedside manner” meaning that he explains this throughly and answers all questions throughly. He has a very pleasant friendly manner. He inspires trust.

This is the first time I have not had a good experience with Dr. Hickman, as he has been very considerate in the past. For this visit, however, I felt as if I had overstayed my welcome and that I came away from the appointment, which was a two-month follow-up visit, with a very bleak outlook on my condition going forward. In part, this was because my case may be a difficult one, but in that case, I would have benefitted from a bit more patience with my questions about next steps and how to deal with my situation going forward.

Dr. Hickman has helped me so much. I trust him and his expertise. I believe he also listens attentatively to his patients. Excellent.

He was a good listener. He however asked how I was referred to him. Rather disappointing when I was referred by a provider in the same office. He obviously did not read his report ahead of time. I would hoped he would have had a little background in my case.
