He goes out of his way to make sure I am informed on everything that's happening, and that I get the most comprehensive tests, and the best results. He explains everything clearly, and even demonstrates the breathing techniques. He treats me like an intelligent person, and as part of the team. He is friendly and amazingly knowledgeable.
