Clarissa Reichmann, PharmD

Clarissa Gregory Reichmann, PharmD, BCACP, BCGP, is a clinical pharmacist practicing at both the CPAS and St. George Anticoagulation Clinics. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Utah in 2013 and went on to complete a one-year pharmacy residency with the University of Wyoming Family Medicine Residency Program from 2013-2014. She has worked with Intermountain Health in anticoagulation services since 2014.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two adorable boys and serving on the Board of the Utah Food Allergy Network advocating for Utahns with food allergies. 

Dr. Reichmann supports the Virtual Anticoagulation Specialty Care (VASC) Clinic.
