He got right to the bottom of the problem. He was concerned and caring. I’m already feel much better and I will feel comfortable following up if need be.

He is very competent and took the time to review the MRI with me. He gave me options to consider and made it so I could schedule my appointment without another visit.

As stated above be a bit more relaxed so that patients will not feel anxious
