About Christopher Aaron Kowalski

About The Provider

Dr. Christopher Kowalski is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery at Intermountain Health’s Logan Regional Orthopedics in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Logan, Cache County, Rich County, Box Elder County, south-eastern Idaho, and surrounding communities, treating cervical, thoracic, and lumbar problems ranging from disc herniations to complex spinal deformity correction surgeries. Dr. Kowalski loves his profession and regards it as a privilege and honor to collaborate with patients. He finds it profoundly humbling when individuals place their trust in him to perform surgery on them or their loved ones.

Dr. Kowalski believes in establishing a physician-patient relationship of trust to best help patients with their neck and back problems. He understands each patient is unique and requires a patient-centered approach to diagnose and treat their spine problems. His experience and training have taught him that many spine conditions can be treated effectively with non-surgical treatments, but if those fail to adequately relieve a patient's symptoms, surgery can be very helpful.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Dr. Kowalski enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and their two golden retrievers. They keep busy with their children’s sports and church activities. He is an avid outdoorsman, earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and spends his free time hiking, fishing, hunting, and boating. He also enjoys weightlifting, running, cycling, snowboarding, and playing golf.
