Chia-Hsuan (Cathy) Lin, NP

Chia-Hsuan Lin, who goes by Cathy, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in Cardiology at Intermountain Health's Heart Institute in Murray, Utah. She supports patients and their families around the Sale Lake Valley, treating patients with various cardiac conditions, including, but not limited to, coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, and hypertension. As a nurse practitioner, she emphasizes cardiovascular care to adults aged 19 and older. 

She is committed to delivering quality care through patient education and collaboration. She believes that informed patients make empowered decisions about their health. Cathy is dedicated to enhancing her patients' understanding of their conditions and promoting healthier lifestyles whenever possible.

Cathy earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah College of Nursing in 2021, specializing in adult and geriatric acute care. During her doctoral training, she developed a deep interest in the cardiovascular system, completing extensive clinical training at Intermountain Heart Institute. Since graduating, Cathy has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology.

Outside of work, the Taiwanese native enjoys culinary arts and exploring various food varieties with her family. She also enjoys yoga and meditation.
