Charlotte is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in diabetes education, disordered eating, weight management, cardiovascular disease and whole food, plant based eating.

Charlotte grew up in the Ogden area. She earned a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Utah State University. She has worked for Intermountain Health since 1987. In her words, “I love connecting with people and assisting them in making lifestyle changes to feel their best”.  
She is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, hiking and playing pickleball.
