Charlie Jacques is a true professional, but he offers humor to the visit. A great listener, and he is knowledgeable, explains things well, gives you time to talk, makes you feel good rather than guilty.

I already stated my satisfaction at the beginning, but I'll repeat a few things here. He was friendly, funny, made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Answered all my questions, showed a great deal of caring, did not yell at me because my sugars were high. It was a very nice appointment and allayed all of my fears. I loved Lucinda so much, and hoped that Charlie would be as caring - HE WAS!
