Dr Jacques always listens to us gives good professional advice and is a great person.

He is wonderful. I look forward to our visits, because he seems to care, he always listens, he praises me when my sugars are low, and doesn't judge when they are high. I appreciate him very much. He is a joy!

I already stated my satisfaction at the beginning, but I'll repeat a few things here. He was friendly, funny, made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Answered all my questions, showed a great deal of caring, did not yell at me because my sugars were high. It was a very nice appointment and allayed all of my fears. I loved Lucinda so much, and hoped that Charlie would be as caring - HE WAS!
