It had been a couple of years since I had seen Dr Katz. He greeted me & asked about the condition he had previously treated me for. I like that I don't have to start from the beginning every time I see him, as if I was a new patient that he had never seen before. I'm sure he reads file notes to refresh his memory, but it's nice to know that he cares enough to make patients feel comfortable. He quickly diagnosed the current problem & referred me to a specialist in his office for further testing & treatment.
