Chad is always very pleasant and I feel like I'm being listened to. The only thing I wish is that he would ask me about things from previous visits to assure myself that he looks over my chart so I know he's monitoring what's going on and not seeing me as a brand new patient every time. But I know I'm a Medicare patient, and that can make a difference in the time spent.

Chad Anderson always makes feel feel heard - I feel valued as a patient
