He served in the US Army, where he completed his internal medicine residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, and thereafter, served as a staff internist and in different leadership positions. He later moved to North Texas, where he worked in a rural medicine clinic. He has now joined the team at the Budge Internal Medicine Clinic.
He is originally from Boise, Idaho, but has close ties to Cache Valley. His mother grew up in Providence, where his grandparents continue to reside. Dr. Buckley is married and has four young boys.

I was in due to an illness but had also been recently in an auto accident. Dr. Buckley seemed like he needed to hurry on. He barely listened to my lungs, didn't check my throat or nose or anything else. Would have thought he might have poked around a bit more to be sure all was ok from the accident.

He's great! Very friendly, open, and outgoing. Not in a rush and completely supportive. He answered my questions and discussed my plan of care with me encouraging me to ask any questions.

He is good. I just wish I knew that my toe was broken on the day the X-ray was taken and had the prescribed boot that day and not two days later on a Friday after 5pm.
