About Caroline Schlieder

About The Provider

Caroline Cobb is a nurse practitioner working with the cardiology team at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Cardiology Clinic in Ogden, Utah. She supports patients in Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, and surrounding communities, passionate about treating all aspects of cardiology, from complex heart conditions to preventive care. Her clinical interests include heart failure management, post-heart attack recovery, chronic disease management, and patient education. Caroline enjoys helping patients understand their cardiovascular health, manage their conditions, and feel empowered to reduce their risks.

As a caregiver, Caroline treats each patient as a partner in their care, focusing on education, compassion, and individualized treatment plans. She believes every patient deserves care that is evidence-based, empathetic, and tailored to their unique needs. At the end of the day, people matter. Her guiding philosophy is to see the human in front of her, not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Caroline wants every patient to feel safe, heard, and valued no matter what their background. She takes the time to listen and partner with each patient to create a care plan that fits their goals and their life.

Caroline grew up in Texas, then moved to Utah in 2018, drawn by the mountains and natural beauty. Here she has built a community, met her husband, and completed her nurse practitioner degree. Utah is now considered her home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dogs, whether hiking, skiing, or camping. She also loves reading, traveling, and staying active with running and yoga.
