Carly T. Alba, RD

Carly Alba is an outpatient Registered Dietitian at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She is a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition who focuses on assisting patients in navigating chronic kidney disease and related conditions such as diabetes, prediabetes, and heart health. She’s passionate about using nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes to help her patients feel their best throughout every stage of their kidney health journey.

Carly earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from Southern Utah University and her master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah. Outside of work, her favorite hobby is hiking and exploring Utah's beautiful mountains.
