Carly R. Franc, CNM

Carly Franc is a certified nurse midwife (CMN) at Intermountain Health’s Layton Parkway Clinic, in Layton, Utah. She supports patients in Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, South Ogden, and surrounding communities, providing women's health including gynecology, contraceptives, prenatal care, labor and birth, postpartum care, and more. She is passionate about health and wellness and in making sure her patients feel heard and empowered to lead the direction of their healthcare.

Carly’s philosophy of care centers around patients feeling empowered in making decisions about their health. Her job is to make sure patients have a voice, that they feel heard and understood, and that they have a provider they can trust to help guide them along the way.

Carly is originally from Farmington, Utah but has had the unique opportunities to live in Phoenix, Arizona and in Germany while serving as an active duty Air Force Nurse Midwife. Outside the clinic, you can find her staying busy with family, lifting at the gym, watching kids sporting games, and enjoying the outdoors (skiing, camping, fishing). She is married to a wonderful man and together have eight amazing children!
