Carly was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She examined my fingers, asked pertinent questions, applied a cream and bandages, and called in a prescription. If I had experienced any problems after my visit, I would have called; but my healing was easy to manage. If Dr. Knol is ever unavailable, I will definitely request Carly.
