Carly C. Golden, DPT

Carly Sacco, DPT, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health TOSH who specializes in sports rehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation. She supports patients and their families in Murray and throughout the Salt Lake Valley, focusing on shoulder, hip, and knee injuries. Her experience with people of all ages and ability levels allows her to tailor treatment to individual skill levels and desired goals.

Carly was introduced to physical therapy following a severe ankle injury in high school, and after completing rehabilitation, she fell in love with the profession. This experience fueled her enthusiasm for using exercise as a form of rehabilitation and recovery. Carly enjoys sharing her knowledge with others by evaluating areas of need and developing a plan of care to achieve individual goals, no matter how big or small. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Carly has spent most of her professional career in Utah. Living in Utah has allowed her to adopt many new hobbies, including hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. She also enjoys camping and fishing with her partner and two dogs. When she’s not outdoors, Carly loves to watch whichever of her Pittsburgh sports teams is in season.
