About The Provider
Dr. Carla Torres grew up in Honolulu on Oahu, Hawaii. She earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University in Waco, TX, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, MS, and at the San Diego Navy Medical Center. Dr. Torres retired as a Lt. Colonel O-5 with the United States Air Force after 23 years of service. Board-certified, she is excited to meet the healthcare needs of the women in Las Vegas, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. She is particularly passionate about adolescent health and menopause, areas where her expertise shines, inspiring confidence in her potential patients and colleagues.
Dr. Torres, a well-rounded individual, loves planning get-togethers for her friends and family when not working. She enjoys yoga (she used to be an instructor), a practice that keeps her balanced and centered, and traveling with her family.
