I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping individuals and families. The work and empathy balance I love doing with others focuses on accessing & finding strengths, gaining insight, learning & applying skills, removing barriers-particularly shame, addressing & working through unresolved traumas, engaging in healthier cycles, and navigating life challenges more effectively. I believe in, and use a client-centered, collaborative approach.

I specialize in working with a variety of mental health challenges that range from depression, anxiety, trauma/crisis, loss, parent-child relationship difficulties, to parenting challenges and strategies. I am trained in several evidence-based approaches (DBT, CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, mindfulness focused, family system theories, PMT). In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to podcasts, learning, and traveling.
