About Cara Lynn Benton
About The Provider
I first became interested in physical therapy as a teenager when I accompanied my grandma to her sessions. I was amazed by the impact a physical therapist had on her life. Now, with over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, I feel fortunate to have pursued this career. My experience has primarily been in outpatient settings, where I treat a wide variety of patients with a focus on orthopedics. I enjoy teaching patients about their bodies and helping them stay as active as possible. I treat patients from their teenage years through adulthood, combining manual therapy, exercise, and education to achieve their goals. My aim is to make my patients feel better with each session.
I have a special interest in general orthopedics, both acute and chronic, post-operative care, scoliosis, and I am certified in dry needling.
I was born and raised in Montana. I have lived in Oregon and Ireland with my husband and two children before returning to Montana in 2010.
