Caleb Petross, PA

Caleb Petross, PA, provides compassionate, evidence-based care at Holy Rosary Hospital Primary Care Clinic. A Miles City native, he is deeply committed to serving his community, with a focus on rural healthcare and hands-on procedures. His clinical interests include diagnosing and treating infectious illnesses—what he calls “the small evil bugs that make us sick”—as well as select psychiatric conditions, such as conversion disorder, that highlight the powerful connection among the brain, stress, and overall health.

Caleb’s philosophy of care is simple and grounded: treat disease with science and people with empathy. He strives to ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their care.

Outside the clinic, Caleb enjoys an active lifestyle that includes skateboarding, dog training, hiking, fishing, basketball, and swimming.
