Cade Woolsey, NP

Cade Woolsey, PMHNP, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for adolescents and young adults at Intermountain Health's Park City Psychiatry and Counseling in Park City, Utah. He supports patients in Park City, Kamas, Snyderville, and surrounding communities. He provides comprehensive mental health care with a focus on conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in school performance and daily life.

Originally from Murrieta, California, Cade now lives in Heber City, Utah, where he enjoys the area’s outdoor lifestyle with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, he stays active through Brazilian jiu-jitsu, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, camping, and competing in the Scottish Highland Games.
