About The Provider
I attended Brigham Young University Idaho, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2019. I then attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. I am currently working at the Utah Valley Outpatient Clinic and the Payson Outpatient Clinic, focusing on general orthopedics. My interest in physical therapy began when my parents would tell me about their aches and pains on the way home from different school or sport events. I wanted to help and soon realized that physical therapy was a way to assist them in achieving their goals. Since studying physical therapy, I have developed a passion for strength training and promoting the benefits of trying new exercises. I am passionate about exercise and enjoy running and volleyball, especially. I have coached in the past and love teaching beginners about the basics of exercise, giving them the confidence to step into a gym and know what to do.
I grew up in San Jose, California, and quickly developed a love for volleyball. I have coached throughout the years, especially at the beginner level, which has given me added patience for those learning the sport. I love to exercise, whether it is weightlifting, running, or swimming, and I enjoy entertaining my two children, who have a voracious appetite for imaginative play. I also love to eat good food, and my wife and I frequently try new dishes from different restaurants in the area.
