Dr Desmond is a good Dermatologist. I wish he had a little more time, i am sure he is under a lot of pressure within the system. it just makes it a little frustrating if you have more than one question to ask your doctor.

Great, just with the interaction it felt like I was generally talked down to rather than addressed and empathized with. Could be the result of the fast interaction, which if so was well worth it, but just felt like an imposition during my time with him.
