Bryanna Adams, PA

Bryanna “Bry” Adams is a dedicated physician assistant specializing in neurology, with a strong clinical focus on diagnosing and managing movement disorders and migraines. She is especially passionate about treating movement disorders, drawn to the complexity and individuality each case presents. Bry finds deep purpose in helping patients regain function, manage symptoms, and ultimately improve their quality of life.

With a background in kinesiology and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Colorado Mesa University, Bry brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to care. She believes in treating the whole person—mind and body—and incorporates medication, movement, mindfulness, and the value of a strong support system into her treatment plans. At the heart of Bry’s practice is a belief in the resilience of the human mind and the importance of compassionate, personalized care.

Outside the clinic, she is an advocate for active living. Bry is a certified CrossFit coach and thrives on the challenge and camaraderie of competitive fitness. When not coaching or training, she enjoys time on the water—boating, surfing, and soaking up the outdoors. One of her favorite ways to recharge is camping with her family, reconnecting with nature and loved ones.
