About Brooke R. Mastroianni

About The Provider

Brooke Mastroianni, MD, is a skilled provider specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. Her goal is to provide quality mental healthcare to all patients and their families, improving access to mental healthcare, and working collaboratively within a care team to deliver comprehensive and quality care to each patient she sees.

Dr. Brooke Mastroianni is a short-term behavioral health consultant for Intermountain Health's Mental Health Integration (MHI) program. She works within the medical setting to provide mental health services alongside your child’s established primary care provider. MHI treatment is a short-term approach to help your child manage mental health symptoms that may be impacting their quality of life. Your child will meet with this provider for up to 3-6 sessions. Patients who wish to see Dr. Mastroianni must be referred by a primary care provider at one of the clinics where Dr. Mastroianni works. During treatment, the clinic team communicates with each other to make sure your child is getting the care they need. If your child needs additional support at the end of their treatment with this provider, we will assist with a referral to a long-term mental health provider. If your child needs to meet with a psychiatrist but you do not have a primary care provider at one of Dr. Mastroianni’s clinics, or if you expect your child to need behavioral health care longer than 3-6 months, please discuss other options with your primary care provider or call 801-313-7711 for help scheduling with other services.

When not working, Dr. Mastroianni enjoys going on walks with her two dogs, snowboarding, and watching sports (especially Milwaukee Bucks).
