Bronwynne Castle, NP

Bronwynne Castle, DNP, is a board‑certified nurse practitioner specializing in neurosurgery at Intermountain Medical Center’s Neurosurgery Spine Clinic in Murray, Utah. She cares for patients ages 16 and older across the Salt Lake Valley, working closely with Dr. Wilkerson to evaluate and treat individuals with complex neurosurgical conditions. Her role includes assisting in surgery and providing comprehensive postoperative care, helping ensure a seamless experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Bronwynne is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her undergraduate degree from Westminster College and completed her doctorate at the University of Utah. Before joining the neurosurgery team, she gained valuable experience as a nurse in the Neurocritical Care Unit at Intermountain Medical Center, where she cared for patients with acute and critical neurological conditions.

A Utah native, Bronwynne enjoys spending her free time experiencing live music, sharing great food with family and friends, and traveling. She especially values Utah’s diverse landscapes and can often be found hiking the canyons in and around the Salt Lake Valley.
