Brock Freidenberger, NP

Brock Freidenberger, NP, is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health's Addiction Medicine and Recovery Clinic in Logan, UT. He supports patients in Logan and surrounding communities, specializing in mental health care with a strong focus on substance use disorders and anxiety/mood disorders. Brock brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to his practice, striving to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Brock's philosophy of care comes from Matt Haig: "Mental health problems don't define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain, and you feel the rain, but, importantly, YOU ARE NOT THE RAIN." He is passionate about improving patient outcomes and advocating for mental health awareness and is committed to integrating holistic approaches into treatment while advancing the field of psychiatry. Outside work, the Colorado native enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new places. An avid sports fan, he loves cheering on his favorite teams and enjoying the outdoors through camping, fishing, and golfing. His family is his greatest support system, keeping him grounded and motivated in his work. Since moving to Cache Valley in 2013, he has built a life with his wife, their children, and beloved pets—three cats and two dogs.
