About The Provider

Ms. Galbraith earned her registered nurse license from Weber State University and began her nursing career at the Cache Valley Women's Center. While working as a registered nurse, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University-Idaho and has also earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in the University of Utah's Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Prior to joining the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology & Diabetes, Ms. Galbraith worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in allergy and asthma. Ms. Galbraith's volunteer efforts include teaching health seminars to RNs and hygiene to the local children in Gisenyi, Rwanda, Africa. She also helped assemble humanitarian aid kits and traveled to Ecuador to deliver the kits and set up several medical clinics. Ms. Galbraith is the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Primary Children's Diabetes Program.
