Brant Hafen, DO

Brant Hafen, DO, is a board-certified internist providing comprehensive primary care in Denver. His clinical interests include managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, migraines, and skin disease. Dr. Hafen enjoys general primary care and managing long-term conditions, working closely with patients to improve their overall health, well-being, and quality of life.

“While growing up, my parents instilled in me the belief that I should try to find a career where I can help people. This led me to medicine, where I find fulfillment in helping others better understand their health and bodies. I do my best to work with patients to find treatments that work for them and their lifestyles.”

Dr. Hafen’s medical journey has taken him to many places, allowing him to practice in diverse settings and healthcare systems. These experiences have shaped his patient-centered approach and strengthened his ability to guide individuals through their medical journeys. He strives to help patients better understand their health and confidently navigate the complexities of today’s medical system through education, partnership, and thoughtful care.

Outside of work, Dr. Hafen enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, gardening, reading, playing board and video games, and connecting with friends. A self-described foodie, he loves cooking complex dishes and exploring new restaurants. He also enjoys traveling—especially abroad—and spending time outdoors hiking and camping.
