I've been a hard case with all the underlying issues causing my lack of progress but he promised he would not just leave me hanging, and has been true to that promise. It's been almost a year now and he has kept trying to find out why I cannot get my arm up, in spite of missing only 2 days in 10 months of doing all the recommended PT at home and at the pool.
