Blake H. Miles, NP

Blake Miles, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health’s WorkMed in Ogden, Utah. He is committed to delivering patient-centered care that empowers patients to regain their independence. He earned his nursing degree from Nightingale School of Nursing before completing his Master of Nurse Practitioner degree at Maryville University. He is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Blake is passionate about helping patients recover from injuries or medical conditions and safely return to work and daily life. He finds deep fulfillment in seeing direct improvements in a patient's quality of life and ability to get back to doing what they love. Patients can expect a compassionate provider who is focused on their overall well-being and dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.

Originally from South Ogden, Utah, Blake enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids succeed at the things they enjoy. He also likes mountain biking, pickleball, tennis, and running.
