Bernadette P. Abregunda, NP

Bernadette Abregunda, NP, a highly driven and compassionate dual-certified nurse practitioner, has been delivering exceptional patient care for almost a decade. Her journey into healthcare was deeply personal, having witnessed her grandparents' struggle with strokes in the Philippines. This experience ignited her passion to become a medical provider. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wesleyan University in the Philippines and furthered her education with a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, and a Post Master’s in Primary Mental Health from Maryville University of Missouri in St. Louis. Bernadette's joy comes from helping patients make positive changes in their mental and physical health, understanding that addressing metabolic disorders can significantly reduce other comorbidities.

When Bernadette is not dedicating her time to her patients, she finds joy in cooking and exploring new destinations through travel.
