When I would talk to him he would smirk, look down at the floor. Felt dismissed. Only looked at one part of my neck. MRI said severe bone spurs at c5 c6 disc that was bulging at c4 c5 and arthritis. None of this was discussed with me.

I feel like he will be of great help to me concerning my situation and I look forward to seeing him again to seek on getting more clarity on what is going on with my back issues and what I’m going to need to do to get better and back to a normal life again cause I’m tired of being in this much pain and suffering every single day all day I’m just really struggling with this right now and it’s just getting worse and worse as the days go by and I just don’t want to give up on myself and I’m just really trying to stay positive and hope that Dr. Braun can help me out for the best in what he’s able to do for me and I believe that he is a good DR. And he will help me to get better.

Listened well; explained things well; used spine models to illustrate my injury and the surgical procedure to repair spine deficiencies. Very pleasant and informative interview.
