Benjamin Braun, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon in Billings, Montana, specializing in spine surgery. He enjoys all aspects of spine care, from the upper cervical spine to the sacrum. His most frequently performed cases include anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF), lumbar laminectomy, lumbar laminotomy/micro-decompression, lumbar microdiscectomy, and lumbar interbody fusion. Dr. Braun is also trained in addressing pediatric spinal deformities. Dr. Braun earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis and a Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, NC. He completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where he was named Chief Resident, and a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. As an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Braun believes he is one part of an extensive team that will do everything possible to make their patients feel better.

Dr Braun is easy to talk to. He explained everything to me about this surgery. He found my issues immediately when I first saw him, when my previous dr told me I was fine. His work is state of the art as far as I am concerned. He is a perfect surgeon , very smart also.

Only just met him but so far seems knowledgeable, as well as personable , however this doesn’t instill proof of how accurate and great he is as a Surgeon. I would like to see prior evaluations of patients surgeries.
