Beau M. Bailey, MD

Beau Bailey, MD, is a hospitalist at Intermountain Health's Layton and McKay-Dee Hospital. As a hospitalist, Dr. Bailey cares for patients throughout their hospital stay. He coordinates treatment, manages medications, and works with specialists, nurses, and patients’ primary care providers to keep their care connected. He's in the hospital every day — listening, answering questions, and making sure patients understand their plan of care from admission through discharge.

Dr. Bailey believes patients should be in charge of their own care. He sees himself as a trusted resource and helps each patient understand their treatment options so they can make informed choices.
