I provided her with copies of VA medical records regarding my diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel and recommended surgeries. Ashley was very competent in reviewing the records and verifying that the referral was submitted and active. Just waiting on the referral process now.

Ashley doesn't make quick decisions; she studies a situation to be absolutely sure the decision is correct. She works with me, talks in language I understand and also includes my husband in all discussions. She reads information from other doctors so knows what my total treatment plan is on all things.
