See previous comment. April figured out I really didn't know what kind of provider I needed to see and what kind of care I needed. And she asked questions until she knew the answers and then make suggestions and plans for the future

When I was given the chest monitor to take home, the instructions weren't that clear as I was still not myself after surgery. I had to call the monitor company to completely understand the process.
