About Antoin Marcus Alexander

About The Provider

Antoin “Marcus” Alexander, MD, is a board-certified physician in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a strong focus on non-operative musculoskeletal care, sports medicine, and injury prevention. A retired Colonel in the United States Air Force, Dr. Alexander brings decades of discipline, leadership, and medical expertise to his civilian practice—where he’s passionate about helping patients of all ages stay active, recover from injury, and achieve long-term wellness.

As a physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) provider, his clinical interests include the non-surgical management of musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related concussions, and the use of ultrasound-guided procedures for both diagnosis and treatment. He also has a strong focus on biomechanics, injury prevention, and regenerative medicine—emphasizing evidence-based strategies to support joint and soft tissue health over the long term.

As a former collegiate athlete in football and track, Dr. Alexander understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of staying active and recovering from injury. This personal experience informs his patient-centered approach—whether he’s working with elite athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals simply looking to stay mobile and healthy. He especially enjoys treating overuse injuries and musculoskeletal conditions that require careful evaluation, individualized care plans, and patient education.

Dr. Alexander believes in treating the whole person—not just the injury. His care philosophy centers on collaboration, listening closely to patients, and tailoring treatment plans to their unique goals and lifestyle. He’s committed to helping patients return to the activities they love with confidence, safety, and sustainable results.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Alexander stays active through skiing, golfing, bowling, and running. These activities help him stay connected to the physical challenges his patients face. Most of all, he values quality time with his family—they enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling, and making the most of their time together.
